PERCIVAL PRINGLE III
a.k.a. PERCY PRINGLE

It started with local Wrestling Live on Channel 5 in Mobile, Alabama, and it became one of the focal points of his life. William Moody was destined to be in professional wrestling.

I actually wrestled for a few years in southern independent organizations. In those days they called them outlaw groups. But it didn’t take me too long to realize that managing was the place for me to be.

When Frankie Cain -- The Great Mephisto -- gave young William Moody his first real gimmick in 1978, it was the beginning of a long and successful run that took him all over the world.

The Pringle Dynasty, his stable of talent, had some of the biggest names in professional wrestling. Moody learned from every one of them and became of the premier talents in the sport.

Look back to the start of his wrestling career, long before his days in the WWF.

This is to my friend Percy Pringle. I've been in wrestling over 40 years and as you know, there are a lot of guys in this business that aren't one of the boys. I've seen them come and I've seen them go. Percy, you are 100%, definitely, one of the boys!

P.S. You're one helluva Manager.
